White Hall was founded in 2013 by Millie Rasekoala, a dedicated life strategist and skills development expert, with a vision to transform organizations through their most valuable asset: people. Starting as a woman-owned consulting firm, we have grown into a Level 1 B-BBEE leader in South Africa’s advisory landscape, specializing in making excellence both practical and sustainable.
