Youth Programmes
We believe passionately that everyone is born with a talent that they can use to create income for themselves in the absence of formal paid employment. We live in a country where more than six million of our youth are neither working, studying nor volunteering. This is bleeding the country and creating a climate for many social ills as the future of leaders of our country slip into apathy and despair.
Here we explore more than 100 different business ideas for all ages that can generate income and put food on the table or fund your dream to achieve a tertiary qualification
In this programme we address telephone skills, professionalism, stress management and customer management. We have partnerships with call centres that will interview the people we train and offer them opportunities if they are suitable.
There are many small businesses that cannot afford full time administrators. We teach our learners admin skills and assist them to package their services to small businesses, in this way a graduate of our programme can potentially have ten clients they serve each month and earn income from there.
There is so much talk about the 4th Industrial Revolution, yet we have so many people who still lack basic computer skills such as internet browsing, Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint. Our courses are designed to enable people to learn these skills and then use them in the workplace or to start their own training school where they can offer these skills to members of their community.
